About My Practice
I started my yoga in 2015 with ambitions to get toned, strong and flexible. The continuous movements of a Vinyasa practice quickly allowed me to connect my mind to my body, helping me deal with ever increasing levels of stress and anxiety that came with a corporate career. I completed my 200hr yoga training with London studio, Frame, in London under the amazing guidance of senior yoga teachers, Emily-Clare Hill and Michael James Wong.
I completed my pre and post natal training whilst pregnant with my little girl. Learning about the incredible female body whilst pregnant myself allowed me to connect at a deeper understanding to what women go through during and after pregnancy.
Improving wellbeing is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. My courses and sessions provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and open-minded individuals. Vinyasa yoga is designed to help you connect to your breath, body and mind enabling you to become stronger and more flexible whilst finding a way to quieten the mind.
Please bring your own mat, and wear comfortable sports clothing.
